airlink offers new harare route
Airlink has commenced a direct scheduled service from Johannesburg to Harare, operating Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.
This new flight schedule caters for the increasing number of corporate travellers visiting Zimbabwe and from August 2007, Airlink will be offering the Johannesburg Harare route on a daily basis. Airlink’s BAE146/200 90 seater aircraft, with Business Class option, will be used for weekday flights.
“Airlink obtained the route rights on the Johannesburg Harare route where our strategy is to coexist symbiotically with SAA.. In spite of the collapse of Zimbabwe’s currency, business is being carried out and there is a demand from corporate travellers for this additional direct scheduled Harare flight,” comments Karin Murray, Airlink Marketing Manager.
