improved flight schedule for airlink’s johannesburg maseru route
Effective 2 July 2007, Airlink has rescheduled the Maseru mid afternoon flight to depart Johannesburg at 13h20 in order to provide for an earlier afternoon return from Maseru at 14h55, arriving in Johannesburg at 16h10. These flights, operated with the 29 seat Jetstream 41, will allow better international and domestic connections.
From 16 July 2007, Airlink will also be introducing additional route capacity via a new late evening flight, departing Johannesburg at 17h55 with the return leg from Maseru leaving at 19h20 and arriving at OR Tambo at 20h30. This new flight will be operated with a 37 seat ERJ 135 jet aircraft and offers a same-day return service for businessmen from both Johannesburg and Maseru. In addition, the larger aircraft will facilitate the movement of additional freight between Johannesburg and Maseru.
The improved flight schedule provides frequent and convenient daily return flights from Johannesburg to Maseru and will now offer five daily return flights Monday to Friday, three return flights on Saturday and two return flights on Sunday.
